Reservation flow

We recommend making a reservation online. If you fill out the medical questionnaire in advance from the online reservation, we can guide you smoothly on the day.

Since it is a complete reservation system, we reserve enough time for you. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the necessary treatment.

When you arrive at BLAZE CLINIC, please tell the receptionist that you have a reservation. Our staff will guide you to your room.

Patients who come to the clinic for facial beauty treatment should first remove their makeup. Cleansing and face wash are available at the clinic.

Based on the contents of the questionnaire, the counselor will listen to your concerns. Depending on your concerns, we will take photos and measure to understand the current condition.

Based on the information received, the doctor will conduct an interview and examination. We will propose the best treatment based on your current concerns, what you want to be, your budget, and your desired period.

We will guide you to the room where the treatment will be performed according to the treatment content. If necessary, we will perform preparations such as applying topical anesthesia before treatment.

If you want to touch up your makeup after treatment, you can use the powder room. Depending on the type of treatment, you may be asked to refrain from wearing make-up.

We recommend that you make an appointment for your next visit when you leave. Our staff will explain the recommended treatment interval.
